Royal Scorer for Android and iPhone
These terms also apply to the Royal Scorer mobile app. Its shared accounts and cricket records use the RCC online backend; local practice can be scored on the phone. Local practice is not an independently verified competition result. Pending offline actions remain provisional until the server accepts them. Keep unresolved scoring data and use the recovery or export options before clearing app storage or uninstalling.
Only an authorised scorer may change a match ledger. Organisers must review results and have permission before publishing player information, photographs or records. Report incorrect identities, duplicate profiles, disputed results or harmful content through RCC support. Do not create fabricated records or use another person's identity.
Android and iPhone installation, distribution and device services are also subject to the applicable Google or Apple terms. A TestFlight beta is a testing version and may expire or change. Website download links do not guarantee that a release is already available. Optional YouTube links open a third-party service under its own terms; RCC does not provide or host the video broadcast.
Independent club workspaces
Club managers may register independently after verifying their email and must have authority to represent the club. Registration does not certify identity, create RCC membership, or grant access to another club. Organisers are responsible for the accuracy of their tournament submissions; participating clubs confirm their own participation and manage their squads. Do not impersonate another club, create duplicate player identities to manipulate statistics, submit fabricated matches or publish information without appropriate permission. RCC may moderate disputed or abusive content. Club-submitted records are identified separately from RCC-verified records.
Effective date: 30 September 2026
These operational terms should be reviewed by a qualified Indian legal professional before production launch. They do not replace tournament rules, selection decisions, employment agreements or sponsorship contracts.
1. Using this website
You may use the RCC website for lawful personal, community, cricket and club-information purposes. By using the website or submitting a form, you agree not to misuse it or interfere with its operation.
2. Official records and corrections
RCC aims to publish verified fixtures, scores, player statistics, club history, news and media. Cricket records may be corrected when reliable information becomes available. Website information should not be treated as a substitute for an organizer’s signed rules, official disciplinary decision, selection decision or contractual document. Report suspected errors to [email protected].
3. Trial applications and enquiries
Submitting a trial application does not guarantee a trial, selection, membership, playing time or a public player profile. Submitting a contact or sponsorship enquiry does not create a contract or obligation for RCC to accept a proposal. Information supplied must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
4. Children
A person submitting information for an applicant under 18 must have authority to provide the parent or guardian details and consent requested by the form. Children should not submit unnecessary sensitive information.
5. Accounts and security
Authorized users must keep passwords, authenticator access and recovery codes confidential; use only their assigned account; and notify RCC of suspected compromise. Attempting to access another club’s data, bypass permissions, probe security, upload malicious material or disrupt the service is prohibited.
6. Submitted material
Do not upload or submit photographs, logos, video links, text, spreadsheets or other material unless you are authorized to provide it and RCC may use it for the stated club purpose. Submitting material does not transfer ownership to RCC, but you authorize RCC to store, review and, where explicitly approved for publication, display it through the website. Separate agreements may be needed for commercial, broadcaster or sponsor material.
7. RCC names, crest and website content
The RCC name, crest, visual identity and original website content must not be presented as another organization’s official material or used to imply RCC endorsement without permission. Limited sharing of public page links and factual match references is permitted. Wider commercial reuse should be agreed with RCC.
8. External services
The website may link to or embed YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and sponsor websites. RCC does not control their availability, content, security or terms. Following an external link means you use that service under its own terms and privacy practices.
9. Availability and changes
RCC may correct records, moderate content, suspend accounts, change features or temporarily take the website offline for maintenance or security. RCC does not promise uninterrupted availability. Features shown in a local or staging build may not yet be available on the production website.
10. Responsible use
You must not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, deceptive, privacy-invasive or malicious content; harvest private information; automate abusive form submissions; introduce malware; or attempt to defeat access, rate-limit or publication controls.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RCC provides the public website for club and community information without guaranteeing that every page will always be complete, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Applicable law and questions
These terms are intended to operate under laws applicable in India. Any dispute must be handled by a court or authority with lawful jurisdiction. RCC should obtain legal review before adding an exclusive court, arbitration or liability clause. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
13. Changes to these terms
RCC may revise these terms when its website or operating practices change. The effective date above should be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply from that date, subject to applicable law.
