What happens next

RCC will complete routine verified account and personal-data deletion requests within 30 days after verifying the request. If an identity dispute or applicable legal retention requirement prevents completion within that period, RCC will explain the reason, identify the affected information and provide progress updates until the request is resolved. Shared cricket history, restricted backups and copies held by others have the separate limits explained in the privacy policy.

RCC receives this request privately. We must verify your connection to the account or player before making changes. Submitting this form does not immediately delete data or disable another person’s account.

For account deletion, request removal of the account and its associated personal data. RCC will identify any information it must retain for security, disputes, cricket record integrity or legal obligations, explain the reason and applicable retention period, and confirm the outcome. A deactivated account alone is not a completed deletion request.

Verified historical match results may need to remain, with personal identity corrected or anonymised where appropriate. A player profile and a sign-in account are separate records; tell us if your request concerns both.

Local practice matches remain on your phone and are not uploaded by this form. Delete them in the app. Exports you shared must also be removed from their destinations where possible.

Do not send passwords, identity documents or private signing keys. You can also contact [email protected].
